JUSTIN D. STULLER, ESQ.

Justin David Stuller became a Trial Attorney with the The Law Office of Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A., on January 1, 2010.  Effective January 1, 2021  Justin became the Owner/President of the firm.  Justin is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Virginia (Eastern & Western), and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.    

Prior to practicing law, Justin graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a major in Political Science and a minor in Communications. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from The Appalachian School of Law. While in law school he acted as a Senior Editor for The Appalachian Journal of Law and completed the Trial Advocacy Program. His trial advocacy skills were further developed by completing the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law.

Justin began his practice of law in the Commonwealth of Virginia with Legal Services of Northern Virginia where he provided legal services for indigent Virginia residents. In 2008, Justin began to focus on personal injury and civil litigation when he became an Associate Attorney with McCarthy & Winkelman, LLP (of counsel to Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A.). Since January 2010, Justin has been the lead civil litigation attorney for cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, construction negligence, dog bites, nursing home/assisted living negligence, carbon monoxide poisoning, pharmacy negligence, and general civil litigation for the firm. 

After over 15 years of complex litigation and claims management Justin took over ownership of the Law Office of Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A., which was founded in 1978. 

While Justin handles many areas of the law for the firm, he primarily concentrates on complex civil matters, including civil litigation of jury and bench trials in all licensed jurisdictions. Justin has successfully obtained verdicts and settlements for over 1,500 clients since joining the firm.
    
Justin’s goal is to maximize the recovery for victims of personal injury and obtain successful legal results for members of our community.

JAMES A. GAZIS, ESQ. 

James A. Gazis was born in New York and raised in Connecticut. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, with minors in Economics and Business Law, from Fordham University in 2002. After undergraduate James moved to Virginia to attend the Appalachian School of Law. While attending law school James met, Justin Stuller, the owner of the firm. Justin and James spent their time learning the law and preparing for practice. James also served as a Court Appointed Special Advo
cate to help the children of the community.

In 2007 James received a Juris Doctorate degree, from Appalachian School of Law, after completing three visiting semesters at New York Law School. He began his practice of law with the New York City firm of Palmeri & Gaven, where he focused on premise liability and handled appeals before the Appellate Division, Second Department.

In 2009 James began working for the New York City firm of Callan,Koster, Brady & Brennan, where he handled all aspects of insurance defense litigation. James’ experience practicing as a defense attorney has given him great insight on how insurance companies evaluate claims and defense firms operate. His knowledge is extremely valuable to maximizing recovery for our personal injury clients.

James has relocated from New York to accept a position as an Associate Attorney with the Law Office of Eugene M. Zoglio, P.A., in 2018. He will be assisting with all aspects of our client representation.
